Dr. Van Wormer graduated summa cum laude in biology and biochemistry from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia. He received his doctorate in medicine from The Medical College of Virginia in 1980. He finished his surgical internship at York Hospital in Pennsylvania in 1981, and became certified in office laser procedures such as hemorroidectomy, cervical laser, correction of obstructive sleep apnea and blepharoplasty. |
