Nick Morrison, M.D. was born in Spokane, Washington. He has a M.D. from Creighton Medical School in Omaha, Nebraska and did his General Surgical residency at Maricopa County Medical Center, Phoenix. He was a General Surgeon in Mesa/Tempe from 1977 to 2001. In 1996, he founded Morrison Vein Institute with wife, Terri. Dr. Morrison is a board certified surgeon, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a Board Member of the American College of Phlebology. |
